| Google Maps then click "street view" and zoom in or type an address. Craziness! I remember when google earth came out and I could see my house from a satellite view. Now this is just crazy. Basically push the "street view" button and see if your city is included. If it is type in your address, your moms address, your girlfriends address, whatever. How wierd is that! I could see my car in front of my house! I could practically read my plates! Insane! |

![]() | Yeah, Google never ceases to amaze me. At some point the technology is going to become ridiculous. I was joking with my wife the other day in front of a restaurant. I started talking into my car alarm "Start Car, Back out Slowly, Find me using GPS) ![]() Sounds crazy, but they probably have the technology right now. My wifes car a, A Chrylser 300c, with all the options has a backup sensor that beeps when you get to close to objects. Has some sort of forward sensor which changes the high beams from High to Low when it senses a car in front of it and also, slows down the cruise control (if engaged) when it senses a car ahead. It's going to be really interesting what technology is available in 10,20, 50 years. Jason

| Wasn't someone suing Google because the street view van came onto their property ans those pictures were used online? Technology is moving pretty fast right now and at times privacy is being ignored. Part of that has to do with the fear governments are putting into people so they don't mind the invasion of privacy with a false sense of security the government says they want to provide. Jason, there are some cars that have been built that can drive themselves. There was also a program I watched where serveral teams built some vehicles that drove via a computer that used image censory. They had to get from point A to point B which was over several miles through a pretty difficult course. I remember at least one or two made it all the way. |

| It really is a crazy thing and makes me wonder how safe it is for this kind of technology to be readily available for the general public. It's almost like we're living in science fiction times already! |

| That is messed up. I just looked up my girlfriend's brother's house in nashville. In the photo my car is parked in the driveway! They must have come by on a weekend we were visiting him! |

![]() | The scary part is, if Google has this technology and makes it publicly available, what kind of thechnology do the worlds premier coutnries have?? that we don't even know about.Reminds of the movie, Enemy of the State with Will Smith from about 10 years ago. Jason
