| I bet about half pot on the turn, check river. He rarely calls and will c/r if you are beat. Take the pot and don't put yourself in a bad spot on the river by betting.

| yes. I agree with the turn, as said I didnt want to get CR'd, but that would clearly define weather I have the best hand or not, and not give him a cheap river if he is holding Ac. does the same not apply on the river, as I still prob have the best hand. If he has a flush he would value bet, as he doesn't I should and fold to a raise?? bet 1/3 pot? |

| | I think the turn play was a bit weak, I would raise to $6 or $7 on the turn, then bet about 1/2 the pot on the river for value and hope to get called. I don't think a flush is very realistic holding for your opponent. Being that your opponent was the under the gun raiser, if (and thats a big if) he held a flush it is most likely going to be a nut flush type of draw, which he would have bet on the flop for a couple or reasons: he was the preflop raiser, and a continuation bet with a nut draw is a pretty natural play. So based on the previous action, I think you can safely rule out that he has the flush, the weak bet on the turn smells like AQ or AJ with a club or medium pair which means you are way ahead. I would bet about 1/2 the pot on the river, depending on what you think you opponent has. This isn't a bad spot to make a smallish river bet that smells weak possibly inducing a bluff-raise by your opponent. Jason
