This was the same guy that had 7-8 suited in your other hand right? and this hand took place shortly thereafter?

I think you have to call if that is the case, especially in this low limit of a tournament, he has already show a propensity to gamble so it is unclear if you have the best hand or not or the guy is just on tilt.
