I was wondering if anyone subscribes to this magazine and if so what do you think about it. I have a certificate for a free subscription to a magazine and this is one on the list. I was thinking about getting this for my husband who is an avid poker player. Also does anyone no of any other they would suggest? Thanks

I've only flipped through this one at a bookstore before and it seemed pretty good but I'm by no means an authority on this topic. It did look like it would be a great read for the avid player but maybe wait for another response before going for it.

![]() | Bluff is a great magazine. The interviews are first class and they have some pretty solid articles. I think they are equally as good as cardplayer magazine. You should definitely get the subscription to bluff, especially if it doesn't cost anything. Jason

Thank you, I will get this one then. I was actually surprised to see this one as one you could pick because I just have never seen it before. Thanks again.

I never heard of the magazine before. How did you get some free subscription? I want to have one so that I could read their guides and if possible some tips on getting to win most of the time.

Believe it or not I got it through my sons school. He sold a certain number of entertainment books and we got a voucher for a free subscription to a magazine. He said he didn't want the voucher so I started looking at it and seen this one.

My mother picks up this magazine for me from time to time and sends it down to me. I've always enjoyed the articles in it and have found it to be pretty informative and interesting! I've even tossed around the idea of subscribing myself!

Thanks, I love to read and so does my husband so I think that this would be a good bet for us. Not to mention I could always use some good tips.

I like Card Player magazine, but Bluff's okay too. My son gave me a subscription to CP, and I usually get Bluff for free from the casino. I like the interviews mostly.

A friend that I play poker with gave me this magazine. He said, "you need this and hope it gives you some good tips on bluffing me". Actually it did, and I tried a technique from the magazine and got him back. ![]()
