any reviews for "Texas Hold’em Poker Odds for Your Strategy"?

It is about a new poker math/odds book, titled Texas Hold'em Poker Odds for Your Strategy, with Probability-Based Hand Analyses, by C. Barboianu. Has anyone reviewed it? I am not sure whether it is focused on the evaluation of concrete hands or it is mainly theoretical.
