Massachusetts Casino Bill Receives Negative Input From House Committee.
Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick lobbied extensively this week to convince state lawmakers to pass his proposed bill that would allow for the building of 3 land-based casinos and prohibit online gambling. The PPA was in full-force as well, as over 3-dozen poker players representing the group also were in the state putting in their two cents about the proposal.
