I,m not very good on bluffs......almost always I chose a very bad moment....there is some player with a top pair who call me...and if I star a bluff I can't stop!!

a fish who acts strong is weak -rounders ... remember that when bluffing ... check raises out of position then a following bet when first to act is almost always a bluff ... the only times ive seen people constantly bet aggressively flop turn and river .. is if they are bluffing ... or have something better than the board ... which u can usually determine by their position or raising/calling habits

I seem to have good results from my post-flop c-bets or probe-bets when I've missed the flop, regardless of whether or not I was a pre-flop raiser. This seems especially true on a paired board after the flop...they usually give it up to me in the small stakes online games I play. Not sure this is really considered a bluff, though, maybe it's a smart play since it works most of the time...

Then there are those times that I just bluff blindly without thinking about how my "story" looks from the beginning of the hand...I almost always lose those bluffs...lol; Now I try to think about how the other person sees my betting for the hand and ask myself if my raise makes sense.
The other leak I'm working on is bluffing in a multi-way pot...I try now to limit my bluffs to a single player heads-up.

I like semi-bluffing...at least I have outs if I'm called down and will hit my outs on occasion. Less of a loser with these than out-and-out bluffs, for me anyway.

I'd have to agree here, It's my experience that Bluffing online is increasingly difficult. Probably easier in no-limit, but in Limit Hold'em games, very difficult to bluff, players routinely call down with any ace high hand, and even king high and queen high sometimes.

Live games are much easier to bluff in, players don't want to get embarrased calling down with some goofy hand, and tend to give up easier.

In my opinion, the best time to bluff is on the turn (in flop games). The players I play with tend to dream up all kinds of scenarios and justifications for calling on the flop (runner runner flush draws, runner runner straight draws, etc), Bluffing is also made easier, if you sit immediately to the left of a habitual bettor/bluffer, because you can force all the other players to call 2 bets cold when you raise.
