How does using an e-check, debit cards, and grocery cards work around the ban on transferring money specifically for the purpose of gambling?

| These go through 3rd party off shore bank accounts to go into and out of your account. If you deposit or withdrawal it will always be a different bank names.

I read an article indicating that bills that negate the anti gambling law are working their way through the US congress, so it might get a lot easier to gamble with your own money, in a couple of years.

| In my opinion I think that these intenet gaming laws made a not corrupt industy corrupt. Now instead of being able to spend my money how I want like a big boy I am told that I have to find loopholes to jump through and "break the law". How stupid. I hate Bob Goodlatte. That is all.

| If they do not make it legal soon i am going to flip. Every arguement that the United States gov. Makes to defend this law there is a counter arguement to that makes more sense.

| According to one of the Senators I heard. ( Do not quite me on this because I do not remember who it was) THey feel online poker is 1 of the contributing factors for the recession we are in. He feels since online poker was a 14 billion dollar industry last year, all that money left the country instead of staying in the country. Simple solution, Legalize it and tax it. It stays in the country then and the United States gets there share.
