Congratulations to all three of our winners. Well done I'll see if I can't play a little better next time and give you some competition. I think we'll make it a "double chips" tourney so at least i can make a few bad plays  and not be crippled.Jason

Nice win Hookey Congrats! I couldn't get in this tournament as I had some prior obligations. I'll look for the next tournament from this site. The forum is starting to pick up I see, so it can only get better from here. |

Thanks for hosting the tourney...always love overlay tourneys (which is why I am partial for BoDog). Made one huge mistake when down to 7 left when i called off Pliniotron BB overshove allin when i had raised from the button with KQ. I had been active on his bb and he had overshoved me one other time already...then the time before he tanked...so I thought he was just making a move (which was somewhat correct in that he held A9o). His hand held and moved me from 2nd to 5th...clawed my way back up to 2nd but got pwned by hookey once heads up. |

Hi all very nice tournament. Good idea the double stack for the future, but we should be more than 14 entrants. Made a really big mistake in the early levels, when I was "big" stacked at the table and squeezed shoving allin with 88. JD Schellnutt played aggressively on my BB raising every round (prolly even with air) so that every once in a while I had to repop even with non premium hands. Unfortunately I had the big chance to bust mumbles99/hookey911 when I called his allin (covered) with AK vs TK... but really can't blame luck cause I was saved before by a nice 6 on the river against him. |
