Canasta is one game that I have always wanted to learn how to play. I just have never gotten around to it. My father in law plays it all the time. Seems like people have learned to play poker and gotten involved in it a number of very interesting ways. Thanks for sharing.

I used to play canasta too when I was a kid. My friend's parents loved that game and we always used to play with them. It was a pretty fun game. It was played with a bunch of decks of cards.

I learned how to play at the casino, I played in a $60 event which consisted on 180 people. The game was actually HORSE (had no idea of any of the games). Each blind level i had to ask what the game was and how to play each poker style. I ended up coming 7th lol, and from then i play all poker styles and loving it. By the way 7th paid $1150 good weekend.
