I know lots of top players, but more as acquaintances. See them at mutual friends parties, etc. Say hi, or have a brief conversation in the poker room.

Ralph Perry (one of Tony G's tirade victims) has asked me to go fishing with him a few times, but I never went. I'm going to get him to post a video response about his thoughts on Tony G.

I know some Card Player Magazine Columnists and some authors of good poker books. I will get some of them to drop by the forums and answer some of our members questions.

That should be interesting to hear after Tony G insulted Ralph Perry. Ask him how he was able to restrain himself that time.

I would like to bet that he won't be saying anything nice about Tony G. That is one bet I would be guaranteed to win.

I'm hoping Ralph doesn't take the diplomatic approach and really lets Tony G have a piece of his mind.

If you don't mind me asking do you personally know all this high profile players from playing poker with them or because you are so involved in poker in general? Thanks.

Some from playing, some from tournaments, some from mutual friends, etc.

I also worked behind the scenes on some major poker shows in the US like PokerSuperStars, Battle of the Sexes, and a few others.

Private tournaments take about 24 hours to get setup on full tilt. I'll get on this and see what I can do.

or an easier way would be to just pick a time and amount for a sit and go, and then you might end up with 7 members and three random players?

Well back in my college days, there were tournaments here and there, was fun to play with your mates and still play competitively.

Right now I don't have a "poker night" whenever I'm free for 4-5 hours, I usually decide this would be a good night to play some online poker.

That is just so great that you can work in the industry you love. I am just now going to start getting back into the online poker. Actually my husband just started playing online again last weekend.
