My favorite by far are the 2$-4$ limit players wearing the snuglasses so people do not get a read on them. Give me a break, in a 2-4 limit game any1 with ace high or better is calling your bets

yeah, the low limit players wearing sunglass's especially make me laugh also. Actually, most any player wearing sunglasses makes me wonder, but to each their own.

The only person that bothers me that wears sunglasses is that player that wears them upside down - Marcel Luske. What's up with that? Otherwise I don't care one way or the other.

I agree, I think it's imperiative to learn how to acquire a poker face. I've been told the only tell I give off is I tend to bite my lip when I am excited about a hand. But that's it. I've been trying to get away from that but half the time I do it without even realizing it...but isn't that what a tell is all about? Something you do that is just natural and not meant to happen? :D

Just being an idiot, and trying to get noticed and on TV. It worked.

The stupid thing is the following year, there were marcel wannabees wearing their glasses upside down too

Kind of like big sales of the Greg Raymer Fossilman sunglasses that happened when he won the WSOP. I guess some thought there was magic in those eyes

I don't have a problem with them and would probably use them myself if the stakes were big enough.
Personally it drives me bonkers when people wear sunglasses. I mean really...you are inside, it's not bright..take them off. I just think it's really silly...I know that's the only way some people can get away with hiding their emotions...but come on. At least TRY w/ the glasses off!

Did anyone see the rule changes for this yrs wsop? If a player does anything to attract attention to themselves in a "drama" type of way they are penalized 20 minutes of play.

That's interesting, probably a good thing for poker, it's meant to be a poker tournament, not Fat Tuesday in New Orleans.

I've seen enough of guys showing up in their bathrobes and superman costumes just to get on TV.
