How to calculate pot odds

Do you really calculate all the time?? I ussualy trust my instincts...some times good some times bad...but like that count..!!!

Well in tourneys they are not so important. In tourneys I will generally turn to odds to help in a tough decision. In ring games you can live and die by your odds. If you play them constantly and correctly, over time, you will be a winner.

If you want to be successful, you should do this religiously. If you get in the habit of doing it every hand (even the hands you are not involved in) it becomes automatic and you don't even have to think about it.
