Favorite Professional Women Poker Players?

I just stumbled on to this thread and have to agree with Karma, Jennifer Harman is the best female pro and it isn't even close. All those others are just pretty faces. While Annie is a good toureny player Harman plays the biggest cash games, and has played in some of the biggest of all time (she played Andy Beal at 30,000/60,000 and I think even higher at some point). Names like Doyle Brunson, Howard Lederer, and Ted Forrest (and more big names) put up the cash for her to play this game. That says a lot that the best in the world would trust her in that kind of situation! I don't see them giving that kind of money to any other female players!

I am purly not going on looks here but I think Kathy Lieberts Tournamenet play is very respectable.

I forgot my honorable mention:

Katja Thater

I have played with her. She is damn good. Yeah she looks allright too but I played a lot of the "top players" at the WSOP and she was easily one of the best. I didn't even know who she was when I had her on my left all I knew was taht she was damn good.

Katja seems like a very good player. I've never seen her play but I've heard a couple of interviews with her and she seems to have a great mind for poker. Also she's somwewhat of a MILF.

I just think she is different the other "good" fmeale poker players. I think 90% of the famous female players are jsut pretty faces that play poker. Liebert, Harman, Thater, I think these 3 are truly good players. Shoenberg, Hawbaker, Gowen, names like these are just pretty faces that got noticed because they were nice to look at in a sea of male poker players. Honestly what have any of the last three ever done?

I played with Katja personally, and she is good. I mean real good. If you are in a pot with her you are playing for it and it isn't going to be easy. She isn't bad looking, but she isn't a well known player for her looks either.

Thge only cute girl that annoyed me so bad was Erin Ness she was horrible, then turned around and got invited to a bunch of the single table tv shows. ahhh

oh wow awesome! I totally forgot about her. She was the one that worked for Maxim magazine and won their office poker tourney and got an entry int othe main event. If you ask me she is hotter than all of the others (jennicide, gowen, hawbawker etc...).

She might have sucked but man she was cute

I listened to a podcast interview with "Jennicide." Homegirl doesn't have two brain cells to rub together. It's pretty sad.

I would have to say that my favorite would be Jen Harman! And my least favorite would be Cloney Gowan. I have seen Jen Harman when I was in vegas playing in the high stakes room and when I went to the cashier she was cashing out the same time as me I had a short conversation with her and she seem really nice! I think just from what I have seen on TV that Cloney seens not to friendly. Probably a bad guess but seems to uptight for me.
