Sticking to the Top 10 Poker Sites, as posted by GoodKarmaKid above, should keep you from having any problems with a poker room. Although there is nothing guaranteed in life, except death and taxes, there would be no reason to believe the top 10 list of poker rooms will cause you any problems.

well so far i never experience one, but like others, i prefer a public game whereby others can join in and no cheating. so far~ just get annoyed by other people.
