call min raise in BB with J8, hit TP and original raiser leads flop/turn

CO: t635 M = 8.47
BTN: t4305 M = 57.40
SB: t2350 M = 31.33

Pre Flop: (t75) Hero is BB with 8:diamond: J:spade:
4 folds, MP2 raises to t100, 2 folds, SB calls t75, Hero calls t50

Flop: (t300) 9:diamond: J:diamond: 7:diamond: (3 players)
SB checks, Hero checks, MP2 bets t150, SB calls t150, Hero calls t150

Turn: (t750) 3:spade: (3 players)

I really have no idea if this was well played or not. I opted to fold on the turn since there were 2 callers, one probably had me beat.

Jonathan Little recommends to fold these hands preflop because even if I hit I good flop, I still am not sure where I'm at. Whereas Dan Harrington recommends that I should I call because of the great odds. Opinions?
