I don't want to dissapoint you, but It's not that big of deal to me to talk with people who are poker "Stars", their just poker players, who became famous

Having said that, I enjoy talking with Freddy Deeb a lot, he is down to earth grounded, friendly, and isn't full of himself. Just an all around nice guy.
I've played poker quite abit with famous movie stars and musicians, TV celebrities, and sports Stars. For the most part, with very few exceptions they are just nice people who enjoy playing poker.
