I'm not much of an Omaha High Low Player, but this doesn't seem like much of a positve expectation play to me.
I think this might be a case of a good Hold Em player getting a little excited about a big pair with overcards and suited connectors but not totally understanding the value of having a hand that has high and low potential. Having to split the pot with a low hand lowers the value of his hand considerably.
Omaha is a great game to exploit players poor play in. Bad Omaha players have almost no shot of winning.
I'm with Mark on this one, but would be interested in getting some Omaha Players opinions also.
