Poker Stars and Full Tilt are definitely at the top, but
Cake is an up and coming network with pretty lively games, they share players with sportsbook.com and a couple other sports book sites, so there are a lot of gamblers.
The reason I like Cake Poker instead of one of the other skins on that network is because they run really good promotions and give their players lots of bonuses, and opportunities to get into tournaments, etc.
