I dont' really like 3 betting AQ preflop in no limit either. I'd rather see the flop than have players with medium pairs 4 betting/pushing pre-flop and then having to fold.
I think you have to put all the money in on the turn though, you have the best hand and there is already substantial action. The end result is most likely the same but someitmes alll you can do as a poker player is get the money in good and hope for the best.
