I think the turn play was a bit weak, I would raise to $6 or $7 on the turn, then bet about 1/2 the pot on the river for value and hope to get called. I don't think a flush is very realistic holding for your opponent.
Being that your opponent was the under the gun raiser, if (and thats a big if) he held a flush it is most likely going to be a nut flush type of draw, which he would have bet on the flop for a couple or reasons: he was the preflop raiser, and a continuation bet with a nut draw is a pretty natural play.
So based on the previous action, I think you can safely rule out that he has the flush, the weak bet on the turn smells like AQ or AJ with a club or medium pair which means you are way ahead.
I would bet about 1/2 the pot on the river, depending on what you think you opponent has. This isn't a bad spot to make a smallish river bet that smells weak possibly inducing a bluff-raise by your opponent.
