Default Grinders - Early Raise Sizes?

Quick discussion point for any grinders out there - 6 or more tables at the same time.

Do you think that there is any merit in open raising 4BBs or even 5BB at the first 2 levels in MP+ instead of the 'standard' 3BBs?

Couple of arguments for this:

- Make future decisions easier
- Thus reducing your post-flop varience
- Gets more money in the pot with your good starting hands (and we assume that is all you are playing if multi-tabling)

Against

- If rer-raised and having to fold you are wasting more.

So - what do the SNGers here think??

Mark
