I think exercise is one person's foundation, and another person's bane. We all know exercise, along with a moderate, balanced diet, is good for the human body and mind.
My wife (avatar pic), God love her...can eat anything and never gain an ounce. Her idea of exercise is walking to the Jaccuzzi.
Before I met her, I weighed 325 pounds.

I had been in a bad relationship for years and was climbing the health care mgmt ladder.
So, to make a long story short, and was stated earlier in this thread, You Have To Want To Change. I began to work out regularly and eat right. Over 100 pounds later, I met the woman of my dreams. I attribute my change in attitude, success and happiness to the physical and psychological benefits of exercise.
Yes, it most assuredly affects how one plays poker.
