I like a program called
Snagit , super easy to edit, can autosave pics in jpg format, plus multiple other features. It's one of the few programs I couldn't live without, you can also use it to take real time video captures of your screen. They have a free trial version and the program doesn't cost much

I'd have to agree with PoWda on this, I think it could be a big distraction and lots of great advice and tips would be lost in the chat instead of avialable in the forums. We are all in different timezones, and countries and have various schedules so it would be difficult.
What I can recommend to you, in situations like this where you want to chat with people in real time is to add your favorite
<----- instant messenging program to your profile in the usercp, then just make a post saying Rail with me on Skype, YM, MSN, etc
Whether you use MSN, Yahoo, Skype, etc, the instant messaging icon will show up in the left hand portion of your posts towards the bottom and you can just invite multiple people to the same chat for example when they are railing you in a tournament.
My personal favorite is Skype, but I also have Yahoo and MSN running most of the time.
