I enjoyed the trip reports - I had some posted on a site I worked for in 2005. It was a fun time and I actually got to cover the latter part of the final table and took a lot of cool pics while I was there. 2005 was the last GREAT year of the WSOP Main Event IMO....not just because it was played one final time at Binion's, but because it was honestly one of the most exciting final tables for the M.E. in a long time. And Joe made a sick little comeback, shooting from like $1.5M+ in chips at the start, to rallying quietly to win it all. |
