Yeah I can multitask pretty well
And yeah. Live customer service. I get the really pissed off ones, the ones that want their money back, and it is my job to decide how much to give them. Once again, we do pretty well, so I don't have a ton to do. I literally go into work at 6AM and sit in front of the computer and zone out from about 6AM until around 10. Then I take about 3 or 4 calls and fix problems. Then I go on lunch and call back all of the people again to apologize and give them money.
It is that simple.
