Karma....I know your not gonna like this but my favorite poker book for beginners is Phil Hellmuth's "Play Like the Pros"

It has a section in the book about animal types that I still use when I am teaching new players. It defines the personality types that you will encounter at the table and how to exploit each of their weaknesses.
