I would highly reccomend just trying another game by itself. HORSE is not a one stop shop to learn games other than Hold em. Each game has volumes written on it and each game has it's own set of rules and strategies.
I would suggest just sitting at a low buy-in stud, or omaha game and playing for an hour or two. Get an idea of how the games play, and then if you have questions you can ask and if you see posts like this one you will have a better idea of how the game is played and can learn from the post.
I basically would not suggest hopping in a HORSE game but if you want to play Razz, Stud, and Stud Hi/Lo you need to start by getting the Stud strategy down and branch to the other games. As far as Omaha the transistion is a little easier because you are used to flop style games but don't think Omaha plays like hold em!
Just my 2 cents.
