Except in the 90 man KOs on Full Tilt, there you have to play the first five hands or so because that's when the donkeys are slinging chips all over the place, trying to "double up early". If you hit two pair or better during the first round of these you can usually get somebody to stack off with top pair/virtually any kicker!
