HSP is a clear favorite. The show is pretty unique in that it focuses almost as much on the table banter as the action. They keep all the mics live for the most part so you hear almost everything said at the table.

ESPN does a good job with the WSOP coverage. I really hate watching WPT events for a number of reasons:
1.) Vince Van Patten's commentary sucks and he spoils whatever analysis Sexton makes.
2.) The blind structure is so stupid in these events that the final table is like a $3 turbo SNG on Full Tilt. The stacks are so short that no one has any room to play thoughtful, deep stack poker like on HSP.
