AK is *not* the holy nuts, it is just a good starting hand. Try just raising with it instead of putting it all in and if the flop is just plain ugly, fold the AK. Tournaments are all about survival and you should not get married to one hand. If someone reraises you, give him or her the benefit of the doubt and fold.
Of course, if that player raises too often, then everyone will realize he is a lying weasel and he will be facing the business end of a reraise soon

People that call raises with random hands when someone raises with Ax are, in essense, hunting for six outs.
The odds are with you, so don't worry about it. You can't stop people from calling your good cards. Keep in mind that short stacks are more likely to call your raise because they are getting desperate.

It is your job to toss these desperate people to the rail and take their chips with AK.
