Good Point, but I actually don't think it is an act, some people are just born to complain and whine and he is just as animated and whiny even when the cameras aren't around, and he has a hot temper, he has actually been been in a few fist fights with people

Because they know he plays good enough to lay down a lot of hands, and the value of a marginal play has serious "Tilt Value" if Phil is involved.
