I would have to say Doyle Brunson's Super System is the poker book that most poker pros give high reviews. The Super System II has a bunch of poker pros who contributed to different sections including Daniel Negreanu, Lyle Berman, Bobby Baldwin, Johnny Chan, Mike Caro, Jennifer Harman, Todd Brunson, and Crandell Addington.
