Default Re: Best Poker Books

I'm a big fan of the "Real Poker" series by Roy Cooke and John Bond. They are a great addition to any poker players library and offer real advice ,for real poker players (pun intended ). One of Roy's trademark answers is: "It depends", which sounds vague to a lot of poker players, but it really is the truth when talking about poker, most of the time the proper decision or course of action in a poker hand "depends" on all the pieces of the puzzle and what information you have available to you to arrive at a logical decision.

Hey Tycoon

Thanks for the recommendation of "Ace on the River", by Barry GreenStein. What type of player would you say that book is written for?
  • General Poker Reading
  • Beginners
  • Intermediate Players
  • Professionals
Thanks,
Jason
