Default Re: Are you an Expert at Poker?

It is a good idea to bluff when you have outs. Here are a few examples.

You: Ad Jd
Opponent: ??

You raise in late position and get called by the big blind

Flop: Kh Kc Td

Big blind bets the half the pot
An okay move would be to raise, the big blind may just be trying to pick up a pot. Also you have the back door diamond flush draw ... any queen, ace, or jack will probably do because most people would check a flopped set. you have 10 outs plus running diamonds ... at least you are about 35 percent to win.

So you raise 3 times the bet
Opponent stalls and folds
