Personally, I don't think Annie would have much of a shot against Jennifer in a cash game. Tournament poker possibly.
There are a lot of very good tournament players who don't play cash games well. It's hard to explain the exact reasons, I could write a book on the subject and at the end of the book, there would still be some uncertainty, lets just call it a natural poker phenomena.
In poker, its really easy to tell who the best players are, they are the ones winning the most money
