That's good advice Naz
I always seem to forget about how great of a learning experience Sit and Go's can be, especially for new players. Sit N Go's teach a player several different important aspects of poker, wich will carry over into both cash games and mult-table tournaments. Some of the things you will learn playing sit n go's are:
- Patience, it really does pay off to be patient and wait for better starting hands than your opponents play. If you start off with the best hand you are more likely to finish with the best hand

- Position, the earlier your position, the tighter you must play because of unkown action behind you. In late position, you can play a wider range of hands.
- Selective Agressiveness, in sit n goes you can often play much more aggressively against players with a small stack of chips because they don't want to get knocked out of the tournament and will be playing extra cautious. This is similar to cash games where players who play extremely tight or are low on chips. Generally speaking these players, also play more cautiously, which means you can take advantage of them by playing more aggressively.
One additional benefit of playing sit n go's as a learning tool, is that you get a lot of play for a fixed amount of money. No matter how many bad beats you take, you know your never going to lose more than the cost of the entry fee.
Hope that helps some, thanks for jogging my memory Naz
